LOL: The paradoxical effect of the last patch that has worsened to the champions that Riot wanted to improve
League of Legends developers decided to devote much of patch 12.19 to improve the champions in a somewhat particular way. The objective of this version was not to increase the performance of the characters in general terms, if not the one they could offer equipping with objects not so common in their Builds. The damage to Nun and Tam Bench was increased when they build skill or Garden's power when he buys critic probability. It was something that should not affect the qualifying games . However, it has been noticed and has done so in a paradoxical way.
A paradox created by the League of Legends community
Instead of increasing their performance in the games, most of the improved champions by Riot Games with this type of change have seen their victorious rate lower in a remarkable way . Taking into account only the adjustments there should be no reason for it since in any case the improvements were combined with reductions of power in different areas of the skills kit (Havana received a small adjustment but won in general terms). However, the human factor has been contributed by League of Legends. The main problem has been that too many players have decided to ignore the company's notice, which advised to change the builds of the champions.
Having left behind several days of patch, we can put aside doubts in a possible lack of data. All champions have played in thousands of games (Kai’SA already in more than 138,400) and show a clear downward trend. In addition, the scene is identical when we deepen the individual analysis of each character. What is happening is that the community chooses much more common objects that offer worse results compared to which the previous patch was used. A good example is Havana, a character in which the election rate of the night harvester has doubled.
Although this champion pays better with the frosty fire Lovelace (53.36%) and has access to a much better Build in general terms, three out of ten players choose to play it with skill power. The same goes for Nun , which earns 54.2% of clashes with solar fire and see how more and more community members bet on the Hex tech belt. This first choice is a drop that is filling a glass that is completed with the rest of the Build pieces, since no one buys an AP item to then bet on the most traditional options.
The most curious case we have collected is Kai’SA . While the huge number of items in which it is chosen makes incontestable the decrease of it in the rate of victories, the truth is that the improvement of Riot Games has made the champion more versatile. The object with which an error could be made in this case is Nash or's tooth . However, it offers almost identical performance to the best options for this champion. In this sense, we can even thank you in those games in which we lack magical damage to the team. Hence, your performance is so discreet.
In case you are thinking of blaming an alleged group of new players who have considerably reduced the rate of victories of these champions, nothing is further from reality. Although as all the characters improved by the developers of League of Legends these have seen their election rate increased, in all cases except for that of Kai’SA they have done it in an amount of less than 0.4%. In this sense, you can only point to the usual fans of the hero in question for being carried away when buying objects.
